fix: audit fixes for registration flow
- loadProfile() now returns Promise (was missing return) - Avatar upload via COS instead of storing WeChat temp path - Add POST /user/avatar endpoint with multer + COS SDK - Incomplete registration detection: redirect to register if phone is empty
